If you are unhappy with your graphic for any reason, We will gladly refund your full purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You must return the item within seven days of delivery in new condition with a short note stating why you are returning it. No refunds will be made for any decal that has been removed from its backing.

You must return the item within three days of delivery in new condition, with a short note stating why you are returning it. No refunds will be made for any banner or sign that has been used.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders ship within 2-3 days after payment is recieved in full. Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days.

Are your graphics easy to apply?
YES!! All graphics include full easy to understand step-by-step instructions. Also, please feel free to e-mail or call us with any questions or concerns you may have. We will gladly walk you through any problems you may run into.

Can our banner, sign, or graphic be customized to any size we like?
Possibly. Additional fee's may or may not apply. Please e-mail us with what you have in mind and we will let you know promptly.

What surfaces can graphics be applied to?
Our premium vinyl graphics can be applied either indoors or outdoors to any clean, oil free, smooth, and non-porous surface. Please e-mail us about any surface you may be unsure of.

Where can I enter information such as color choice or other information such as the name for my decal?
The Paypal and Google checkout pages for all orders have a small box labeled "Instructions to Seller". Please enter any information you would like into this field before completing your order. You can also send us an email through eCRATER messages or service@nirvinyls.com with the necessary information. You must send this information immediately after payment, or you will recieve your decal in the listed color.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, PLEASE contact us at service@nirvinyls before placing multiple orders. Huge discounts are available but you must contact us before ordering.
